Archives & Special Collections in the Harriet Irving Library is pleased to announce the arrival of “Bookbinding Materials and Techniques, 1700-1920” a travelling exhibit acquired from the Canadian Bookbinders and Book Artists Guild.

UNB Libraries is celebrating Canadian Library Week 2005 from October 17-24.

The idea for a week dedicated to library and information services in Canada was developed by provincial and territorial library partners from across the country to help raise awareness of the valuable role that libraries play in our local communities.

HIL Wireless Network Now Available To STU Personal Laptops

Effective immediately STU students will be able to use personal laptops on the Harriet Irving Library wireless network.

Students will need to complete a short registration form first. This must be done in person at the student computer labs on the second floor of the Sir James Dunn building. Please see Stephen Moss to get set up.

Academia Nut Day – Wednesday, September 28

This Wednesday (September 28) is Academia Nut Day on the UNB campus and our Student Union wants YOU to go crazy for Academic Integrity.

Drop by the Student Union’s Academic Integrity booth in the Harriet Irving Library on Wednesday between 11:30am – 1:30pm and find out more about issues like plagiarism. Student Union members will also be asking for YOUR input.
