Who can use the textile equipment at the Fabrication Lab?
All UNB student, staff and faculty are welcome in the Fabrication Lab and are allowed to use the available equipment.

What equipment is available in the Fabrication Lab?
The UNB RC Fabrication Lab has one Brother CS6000i Sewing Machine available for use. Visit the Brother website for more information about this sewing machine.
This sewing machine has 60 built-in stitches useful for basic top stitches or creative embroidery.
What material do we provide?
The Fabrication Lab has a variety of material available for creating small projects or practicing with the equipment including fabrics of various materials and sizes, different colours of thread, pins, scissors, cutting mat etc.

For large or specific projects, we recommend purchasing your materials from your favourite fabric or craft store.
