Find Out About Scopus

This news post is more than one year old. Some information may have changed.

UNB Libraries is pleased to announce the addition of Scopus – a new, multidisciplinary, international navigating tool. Scopus offers a quick, new way of searching scientific, technical and medical literature.

Updated on a daily basis, Scopus provides seamless links to full-text articles in 14,000 peer reviewed journals from approximately 4,000 international publishers; Scopus also includes 27 million abstracts dating back to 1966.

An additional component of Scopus is “Scirus”, an award-winning Web search engine that provides a single point of access to the scientific Web — over 160 million pages and documents from websites relevant to research and education, including university sites, author homepages, digital libraries and archives, institutional repositories, preprint servers, patent information and much more.

To access Scopus, from UNB Libraries’ homepage, select e-Resources >> Indexes and Abstracts >> and select Scopus from the drop down “Browse by Title” menu.
