History Of Women At UNB Exhibit

You are invited to view the latest exhibit curated by staff in Archives and Special Collections entitled “From Hired Help to Highest Office: Reflections on the History of Women at UNB.”

The exhibit is linked to the theme of this year’s Heritage Week celebration (February 12 – 19) which is “Our Rights, Our Freedoms ~ Our Heritage.”

Featured in this display are stories of women at UNB who challenged traditional barriers and won the right to higher education, the right to claim professional status for themselves and those women who followed, and the right to full participation in both the academic and social spheres of the university.

Location: Stewart Room, 5th Floor, Harriet Irving Library
When: Monday to Friday, 10am to 4pm
