UNB Libraries can help instructors make their courses Zero Textbook Cost (ZTC), so students don't have to pay for course materials. ZTC courses increase equity and access to course content from day one of class and are credited at other universities for increased student retention and success.
We can help you:
- find open educational resources (OER);
- identify library-licensed readings, videos, and other materials to use;
- put learning resources (texts, slides, assessment materials, etc.) on reserve for your students, with the library arranging copyright clearance when possible;
- and explore other no-cost-to-student resources that fit your course.
We can also flag your course as ZTC to UNB’s student associations, so students know before they enroll.
