Students are invited to attend a free “Avoiding Plagiarism” workshop which includes general academic writing and citation tips, with a focus on how the APA citation style – the standard most often used in the social sciences.

You’re invited to a hands-on session that covers all the basics for searching the new web interface to SciFinder.

SciFinder’s cool new interface searches Chemical Abstracts plus other key chemistry databases. Faculty and students can also create personal accounts that will enable searching from any web-connected PC on or off-campus.
