G&M University Report Card Gives UNB Libraries High Marks!

UNB Fredericton ranked 10th for Library Services and 9th in Online Resources out of 38 Canadian Universities in the current Globe and Mail University Report Card. The University also ranked high in the areas of technology and access to computer, based on comments like “great online library resources.” These were the top 4 ranked areas at UNBF.

E-info Lab Series Continues Oct. 23 With Sessions On Databases

E-info Lab No.6 on databases for the arts and social sciences will be offered Oct. 23 in the Harriet Irving Library, Room 112. A lab on databases for science and technology will be held in Head Hall, Room B17, also on Oct. 23.

UNB Libraries have recently licensed Forestscience.info, a web-based product that combines access to Forestry Abstracts, Forest Products Abstracts and AgroForestry Abstracts. These products were already individually available online from the UNB Libraries’ web site, so what’s new?

New Criminology E-Journals Now Online!

UNB Libraries have recently acquired a collection of fifteen criminology e- Journals published by SAGE and affiliated societies. The collection is titled “Criminology: A SAGE Full-Text Collection” and has been added to the UNB Libraries e-Journals directory.
