2012 Library Showcase For St. Thomas University

This news post is more than one year old. Some information may have changed.

At the start of the new year, all St. Thomas University faculty and staff members are invited to attend the 2012 Library Showcase of resources and services, this year co-sponsored for the first time by UNB Libraries and the St. Thomas University Research Office.  Tailored specifically to STU, Library staff from the Harriet Irving Library will focus on resources and services most relevant to research and teaching in the social sciences, humanities, and professions.

Our half-day schedule includes short sessions on such topics as the evolving UNB WorldCat catalogue, using data and geospatial information, the Library on your mobile device, subject guides and Moodle, and various specific liberal arts, legal, and book review resources.  Of course, there will be door prizes, and morning refreshments and lunch are on us.  For more information, please contact:

Barry Cull at HIL  (bcull@unb.ca; 458-7057) or Danielle Connell (dconnell@stu.ca; 452-0647) at the Research Office.

Date: Thursday, January 5, 9:30 am – 1:30 pm

Place: Milham Room (Rm. 100), Harriet Irving Library
