On June 23, the default catalogue on UNB Libraries’ website switched to – UNB WorldCat.
The switch to UNB WorldCat offers our patrons the option of searching not only the holdings of UNB Libraries but also broaden searches to include other Canadian libraries and even further afield to libraries around the world. In addition, UNB WorldCat provides some access to selected articles that may be useful for your topic.
Another big plus, is that materials found via UNB WorldCat (and not available in UNB Libraries’ collection) can be ordered in through our Document Delivery link directly in the WorldCat interface.
What if I like the old QUEST catalogue and still what to use it?
No problem! Our QUEST catalogue isn’t going anywhere soon and patrons still have the option to toggle between the new UNB WorldCat and QUEST on the library website.
When should I use Quest and when should I use UNB WorldCat?
We’ve set up a page to give you the answers. Click here for the lowdown.
More Questions?
Have a look at our UNB WorldCat Video Quick Tip or try our FAQs page . As always, our staff at the Research Help Desk (Harriet Irving Library) or the service desks at Science, Engineering or the Ward Chipman Library are pleased to provide assistance.
