UNB Libraries Document Delivery system currently uses a server at Memorial University of Newfoundland. To provide more efficient service, the system will be moved to a server at Relais International, Ottawa, Ontario on Friday December 15, 2006. It is estimated that the system will be unavailable for a minimum of five days.

The draw for our $250 Shopping Spree provided courtesy of CompuSmart (Fredericton) took place on November 20 at the Harriet Irving Library.
Jocelyne Thompson, the Head of Public Services for UNB Libraries, did the honours and reached into our barrel of approx. 300 entries to draw out the name of the lucky winner — Shauna Fox. Shauna is a full-time student at UNB.

On Saturday November 18, the Science and Forestry Library will be open from 5 pm to 9 pm only. This is due to an electrical power outage scheduled for the IUC Forestry and IUC Physics/Administration buildings between 7 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
