We are excited to host the photography exhibition Transformation by the SilverFish Photography Collective which include members of the UNB community Rob Blanchard, Oliver Flecknell, Peter Gross, Mike Meade, Lori Quick and Roger Smith. It will be on display in the H.R.

Zotero Workshop – Feb. 14th

Richelle Witherspoon, from UNB Libraries, is holding an open Zotero workshop in the Harriet Irving Library, Learning Lab ( Room #112) on February 14th at 2:00 pm.  The workshop will consist of two parts:

2:00 – 3:00          Getting set up with Zotero and learning its basic features

UNB Libraries Closing Early On Dec. 20th

Please be advised that UNBF Libraries (HIL, Science & Forestry, Engineering & Computer Science, & South Gym) will be closing at 2:45pm on, December 20th for a holiday staff party. The Law  Library is not affected.

Regular hours will resume on Dec 21st.

The Eileen Wallace Children’s Literature Collection Presents The 2017-18 Wallace Fellowship Lecture – Dec. 5th

Dr. Helene Staveley, this year’s Eileen Wallace Research Fellow, will be presenting a talk entitled, “At Play in the Atlantic Playground: Children and Communities in the Maritime Books of the Eileen Wallace Children’s Literature Collection.” Dr. Staveley is a lecturer at Memorial University with research interests in Canadian, Atlantic Canadian and Children’s & Young Adult Literature.

Please be reminded that UNB Libraries has made the decision to cancel our subscription to RefWorks in favour of supporting freely available citation management alternatives like Zotero and Mendeley.  Our license with RefWorks will come to an end on August 31st of this year.  Any RefWorks content that has not been transferred from RefWorks into a new software will be irretrievably lost on that d
