The Harriet Irving Library will be hiring a Student Maintenance Worker to work through the summer months with the potential for hours of part-time employment during the academic year.

Preference will be given to returning students.

Special Book Sale: April 19 – 26

The Harriet Irving Library is holding a special book sale in aid of the Alicho Wuriro Reading Room in Ethiopia. The books are in very good condition without library labels or other markings. The collection includes a significant number of collectable children’s books as well as lovely books on art, gardening, Persian carpets and antiques.

Transition To WorldCat Complete

UNB Libraries adopted UNB WorldCat as our default catalogue on our homepage a few years ago, and we are now completing the transition.   As of April 24, Quest (our old catalogue) will be officially retired and UNB WorldCat will become our sole catalogue search option.  The transition involves the switch to a new circulation system over the end of April and early May period.
