UNBSJ Library Document Delivery Services at the Hans W. Klohn Commons is conducting a very short survey of UNBSJ students, faculty and staff who use the service.  The user survey can be found at:  //www.surveymonkey.com/s/DocDelSurvey and should take less than 5 minutes to complete.
