Placing a Document Delivery Request

Document Delivery services are generally free to all UNB/STU patrons. If there are charges, we will contact you before proceeding with your request. Please review Document Delivery Policies and Fees prior to submitting requests.

Please note:
  • Document Delivery services are in support of research purposes only.
  • Verify that the pickup location is correct and change it to the correct location if necessary.
  • Once submitted, your request will generate a request number. If you DO NOT receive this number, please contact staff at the Document Delivery Unit of your home library.

Notice: Canada Post Labour Disruption
Due to the ongoing Canada Post labour disruption, UNB Libraries' interlibrary loan service for print materials will be assessed on a case-by-case basis. For assistance or inquiries, please contact docdel@unb.ca.
