Placing a Document Delivery Request

Document Delivery Has Transitioned to Tipasa

On Apr. 29, 2026, UNB Libraries switched to a new software platform for handling Document Delivery requests. Request Item links within the UNB WorldCat catalogue will appear as usual but the forms used to fill out the requests have changed to the new system.

Submitted requests are now fully integrated with your UNB WorldCat account and can be viewed in the Requests tab.

Document Delivery services are generally free to all UNB/STU patrons. If there are charges, we will contact you before proceeding with your request. Please review Document Delivery Policies and Fees prior to submitting requests.

Please note:
  • Document Delivery services are in support of research purposes only.
  • Verify that the pickup location is correct and change it to the correct location if necessary.
  • Once submitted, your request will generate a request number. If you DO NOT receive this number, please contact staff at the Document Delivery Unit of your home library.
