The Science & Forestry Library is offering a session about SciFinder Scholar (the search software used to access Chemical Abstracts) on Monday, October 27 from 1:30 – 3:30pm in Geology 106.
This hands-on session will cover the basics of searching Chemical Abstracts, the CAS Registry and CAS reacts databases. The session will also provide an introduction to structure searching.
There will be a repeat of the session on Tuesday, October 28 from 9:00 – 11:00 am in Geology 106.
As space is limited, pre-registration is required at //training.unb.ca and sessions are identified as Sci-Lib02 or Sci-Lib03.
