Where is my laptop?

Pictured is an image I took after my work/ school bag tragically fell to the floor in the Sociology Graduate Room.  In this moment of stress and panic, my friends in the room, fearing the worst, I reacted differently. I burst out laughing.  My laptop, the method of most social science researchers, was perfectly intact, sitting on a desk.  Graduate school week 10 is notoriously stressful, striking fear in most students and professors, but this moment, on the verge of tragedy, brought comic relief.  Research and the work of sociologists can be difficult to capture; this image I took, however, captures moments of joy shared among a cohort between work and perhaps, at times, interrupting it.
