I captured this shot with my iPhone as soon as I saw this spider crafting its web. It is a very delicate structure which defines strategy and precision. It was mesmerizing to see how each thread was placed with pure intention and how each move was calculated to achieve accuracy and maximum impact. This can be related with the strategic decision makers whose job is to navigate uncertainty. They are supposed to move forward with foresight so that they can create something strong and sustainable, just like the web of spider. Every single strand of the web serves a purpose, much like decision-making for navigating strategies for businesses, leadership, and technological solutions. A small mistake can weaken and destroy the structure whereas a well-planned approach always leads to stability and success. This image also serves as a metaphor for the research itself as it is methodical and deliberate. Knowledge is built thread by thread just like this web.
