History: The Nels Anderson Society was formed as a means of organizing undergraduate sociology students, creating a social and academic support system among members, providing a line of communication between students and faculty, and offering resources to students regarding their academic career.
Activities: The group hosts wine and cheese events and an annual Christmas party, and it also sponsors guest lectures and takes road trips to communities and institutions of sociological interest.
