Then it feels like you are embarking on a fruitless journey because your inner critics have whispered to you saying “you cannot make it and that you do not have what it takes to achieve the Excellence you desire’, then behold you pause and look around only to realize that you are within the walls of UNB which houses a wealth of knowledge filled with people from different nationals that have great expertise, experiences, specialization from different works of life being hosted in a warm loving community that embraces diversity, inclusion and promotes equity. Then the journey of self-discovery starts amidst self-reflection illuminating your mind and head to understand yourself better as the rigorous program progresses towards transforming you into an effective leader, suddenly you realize that there is so much in you.
