Renovations/changes/additions: Renovations to the building in 2009/2010 prepared the building for the needs of the Dalhousie Medicine New Brunswick program, including offices and teaching space; an addition of a research lab was completed in 2011 to provide better facilities for students and professors.

Notes: Originally named the Modern Languages Centre, which had previously been located in Annex B, the building was used as a centre for non-credit French language instruction and provided both teaching and office space. The name was changed to Saint John College in Autumn 2004, and the focus shifted to providing intensive English language training as well as introduction to academic courses, acting as a bridge for international students to full-time academic programs. In 2010 the building was transferred to the new Dalhousie Medicine New Brunswick program.
