Scope and content: This series contains letters to Lloyd Roberts from family members, most notably, Charles G. D. Roberts, Bliss Carman and Theodore Goodridge Roberts. Both Carman and Charles G. D. comment in depth on Lloyd's book of verse, England Over Seas. Theodore offers a brief critique of Elsie Pomeroy's biography of his brother Charles. Several letters are addressed to Leila or Patricia Roberts, and a few pieces of correspondence are between individuals other than Lloyd Roberts.
The series also includes correspondence to Charles G. D. Roberts from his literary agents and publishers, as well as royalty statements and copies of contracts with book publishers.
