Scope and content: This series includes the working files of the letters project which contain general correspondence, financial records, notes about donors, logbooks of tasks, project reports and information about the Roberts symposium held at Mount Allison University, Sackville in 1983.
In addition the series contains research notes and source materials pertaining to individuals, organizations and groups. Included also are index cards, which note the titles of Roberts's works and their place and date of first publication, as well as a second set of index cards, which contain the titles of essays and reference reviews of his works. This material was used to produce the introductory book chapters and the annotations which appeared in the published volume. Permissions to publish the collected letters and several draft typescript manuscripts are also included.
