Computer Use Policy - Fredericton

UNB Libraries provide computer resources primarily for the use of students, faculty and staff of the University of New Brunswick and St. Thomas University in support of teaching, learning, and research. Most computers in the libraries are provided through support of the UNB Student Tech Fee, which restricts access to UNB students.

In addition, a limited number of Public Access Computers, not limited to UNB students, are provided by UNB Libraries. Priority use of these computers is for UNB / STU students, faculty, and staff.

All users are expected to comply with the Computer Usage Policy of the Libraries, UNB’s Acceptable Use of Information and Communication Technologies, and related university policies.

Failure to abide by this policy may result in disciplinary measures including, but not limited to, suspension of library and computing privileges. Community users may have computer access privileges revoked.
