Title of e-Resource: Hoovers

Nature of the Problem: Access denied

Details: Not letting me log in. After i login through UNB and press continue, it takes me to https://subscriber-hoovers-com.proxy.hil.unb.ca/H/login/login.html?login_failed=1 --> Asks for user name and passowrd. I tried my UNB one with @unb.ca in the end but says wrong password.

    Notes: There was a problem with the way we were processing off-campus authentication on a desktop, so access is now good following our resource link:
    https://login.proxy.hil.unb.ca/login?url=http://www.mergentonline.com/Hoovers

    There are still issues with access via mobile devices (i.e. phones or tablets).

    Ticket will remain open until mobile issues are resolved.

    Notes: Mobile access will NOT work from off-campus through the proxy. Hoovers is being contacted to see if they can remedy this issue.

    Notes: Hoover’s Academic is NOT enabled for mobile use, so UNB users are unable to access the resource from off-campus. The full site version is accessible from on campus by clicking the "View Hoover's Full Site" link from the mobile site's login screen.
