Title of e-Resource: A System error occured and authentication problems

Nature of the Problem: Access denied

Details: I am having an issue with accessing the databases on the UNB libraries website.
If an article has a pdf attachment, I can open it. If it says "check for full text," I get a message saying that there is a system error, and I also have the authentication problems. How can I  fix this problem?
