Terms of Use
Harriet Irving Library (HIL) Instruction Facilities are primarily reserved for UNB Libraries' academic instruction and as valuable study space for students. During fall and winter terms, University of New Brunswick (UNB) and St. Thomas University (STU) course instructors may book a maximum of three sessions per term.
Requests to use instruction spaces for purposes that are not associated with UNB or STU classes will be considered, but are not guaranteed and must be university-related.
Requests to book HIL instruction facilities during the last three weeks of classes plus exam periods (fall and winter terms) will usually not be approved.
New users will be requested to attend a preliminary orientation session.
