Title of e-Resource: FP Advisor
Nature of the Problem: Access denied
Details: I am just starting to use/learn about FP Advisor, but have as yet been unable to log in. It's not clear if this is an error on my end, or if there might perhaps be a Saint John-specific problem, or if the access instructions are simply not clear enough. I'm being prompted to login to the database, and I'm not sure if that's normal, or not. Just trying to figure this out! I have a screenshot of the error page, which I can attach as a follow-up on this ticket.
