Group Study Rooms Rules for Use

  • Student Group Study Rooms may be only booked by students.
  • Rooms may be booked up to 6 days in advance.
  • Different rooms accommodate different groups of different sizes. Please check here to ensure that you properly book a room of the right capacity.
  • Rooms may be booked for study or course-related group projects work only.
  • Use of the rooms for tutoring is not permitted.
  • A booking is made on behalf of a group. A different individual from within the group is not permitted to make a consecutive booking.
  • You are responsible for ensuring that the room is left in good order; food and uncovered drinks are not permitted.
  • Rooms keys must be returned promptly at the end of your booked time to avoid fines.
  • Your booking will be forfeited if you and your group do not appear within ten minutes of the start of the session to checkout the key to the room.
  • You will forfeit the room if the Rules for Use are not followed, and may not be permitted to re-book. Fines will be charged for the late return of a room key.
