Watch for staff from the Research Help Desk roaming the HIL on a regular basis to help you wherever you happen to be working in the library.

Whether you need help figuring out a location code and call number, finding a book on a shelf, accessing an electronic article, opening an e-book, submitting a document delivery request, renewing your materials online, or answering any other question about UNB Libraries’ resources and services, look for the friendly staff member carrying an iPad that bears the “Ask Us” logo on it.
