Science & Forestry Library joins the world of wireless computing

As of Monday January 14, 2002 UNB’s Science & Forestry Library joins the world of wireless computing.

The wireless laptop program is now extended to the Science & Forestry Library. The Science & Forestry Library has five (5) laptops available to be signed-out as a 2-hour use-in-library Reserve. For more information on this program please check out: UNB Libraries Wireless Services at: //www.lib.unb.ca/wireless/index.html

The Harriet Irving Library which saw very heavy demands on its laptops last semester has now enlarged its fleet of laptops to twenty (20) for UNB students and five (5) for STU students.

The Engineering Library is also eagerly awaiting start of its laptop program and should see its laptops deployed within the next week or so.
