Title of e-Resource: Off campus authentication

Details: She is unable to get into any of the library resources off campus. It is urgent -she has a paper due. Her phone number is  506-607-0024.  Bev Benedict at the Research Help Desk submitting on her behalf.

    Notes: Student contacted.

    Searching for articles is fine, but getting the full text is failing at random points (IDP login, or sometimes proxied link). I've Asked them to try the VPN.

    They are working from RNS.cc but claim to have similar issues from home. They will report back when they get a chance to try there again.

    All signs point to their internet connection as the problem, but I've also contacted ITS to see if they are seeing any problems.

    Notes:

    No response from student. ITS network changes should have resolved these issues.
