Title of e-Resource: A system error

Details: I can open the home page of UNB library, but every time I  type some words in the main search box and click search, no results but a sentence "A System Error has occurred"  shows.

It's very strange, I tried to use different wifi (myUNB WIFI, eduroam, public, etc.), the same thing happens. I also use other computers to try, it worked. I can access to other terminals of UNB library website, but just cannot do the search. So it maybe some problems with my own computer, but I am not clear how to fix the error.
