Nature of the Problem: Broken link

Details: I am having MULTIPLE problems. I have been unable to access ANY e-resources despite being logged in. Doesn't make a difference if I am on my home computer or on campus in the office. This is maddening. Please let me know what is wrong here. eeffinge@unb.ca
