Title of e-Resource: eMarketer Pro
Nature of the Problem: Access denied
Details: I'm being asked to log in to eMarketer when I accessing via the proxy but am given access when on the VPN. I cleared my cookies and other site data and it still didn't fix the issue.
Leanne said that she submitted a ticket and the proxy issue was resolved so it must be a different issue for me?
