I had a student contact me today about her access and turns out that they deactivate accounts when they've been inactive for 6 months. I hope I'm reading our page closely enough because I don't see this info there, and it was news to me. Can we add wording somewhere to our page that's similar to what's on their site? https://www.cas.org/products/scifinder/confirm-credentials which says "If you choose not to sign in to SciFinder within six months, your account will be deactivated for security reasons." And the solution is to contact them to reactivate it.
