Title of e-Resource: Off-campus user access trouble (i.e. journal of clinical nursing)
Nature of the Problem: Access denied
Details: this is not a journal specific problem. Very frequently, i am not able to access journals from home. it has been like this for a couple of years. when i would return to my UNB office, then the problem would be gone. I am using a UNB laptop at home. The error page and says that i could try clearing my cookies, but even when i clear them, it is still a problem. "access denied" remains. The chat person told me i should contact you here. again, i am not only trying to get into journal of clinical nursing... i can't get into any article (based on any certain day)
