Details: Jason called the Help Desk as he is no longer able to access the resource.

Would prefer to be contacted via hotmail email account.

He has graduated - but only recently.

    Title changed from 'UpToDate' to 'UpToDate user accounts'.

    Notes: At this time registering new or reactivating old user accounts for UpToDate is NOT working. Active existing accounts are working fine.

    The provider has been contacted.
