Inventory to Collections

In the title listing which follows, university archives are prefixed by UNB or STU, with the exception of private papers of faculty, staff and alumni. All university archives are designated by UA RG followed by a one to three digit number. Numbers are assigned in order of acquisition, regardless of the nature of the material involved.

Example: UNB. Consumer's Guide to UNB (UA RG 306)

The private fonds are arranged in two manuscript groups, historical (H) and literary (L). Each fonds has been assigned a letter to indicate its manuscript group, followed by a number which indicates its position in that particular group.

Example: Winslow Family (MG H2), Roberts, Charles G.D. (MG L10)

All items in the Beaverbrook Manuscript Collection are designated by BC-MS. An alphabetical listing by author is available in the UNB Archives.
