Series 6, sub-series 2: Student Projects. -- 1985-1988; predominant 1988 -- 2 cm of textual material; 11 audio cassettes, 1 audio reel.

Scope and Content: This sub-series primarily contains audio tapes of dialect interviews which were projects for two of Kinloch's university classes. The majority of these tapes come from his English 3030 class (Linguistic Introduction to English), and were completed in 1988. The interview tapes for the English 3030 projects typically contain biographical information, followed by a reading of "Harry's House", as well as questions and answers from a dialect questionnaire (worksheet).

Aside from projects done for English 3030, there is also one dialect interview, in the form of an audio reel, done for Kinloch's English 4950 class. There is also one textual document, which is a report done for Kinloch's Linguistics 4999 class. Both were completed in 1985.

Arrangement is arbitrary.
