Nature of the Problem: Resolver linking error

Details of the Problem: Current content links via resolver are not working:

Canadian Newsstand link (via Proquest) is searching all 21 Proquest products
CPIQ link says "The document you requested could not be found"

Status: repaired

Notes:
April 2/2012 - ProQuest link has been fixed (it should have been redirecting, but the proper link is now in place for access).

CPI.Q access is also using the wrong link, but this fix needs be done outside of UNB. The error has been reported to OCLC, the provider of the title list and links.

April 2/2012 - While this cannot be adjusted in the system by UNB, here is the working URL for CPI.Q access:

May 1/2012 -- Still waiting on a fix from OCLC.

May 4/2012 - UNB implemented our own fix on the URL.
