Title of e-Resource: Teacher's College Record 2009 through Blackwell Synergy

Nature of the Problem: Invalid URL

Details of the Problem: Quest record(but not eJournals) indicates we should have access to articles after 1999. Student needs a recent year(2008?2009?) and the link was broken. eJournals show no such subscription though. Student will attempt document delivery in the meantime.
