WORK ARRANGEMENT SURVEY
WORK ARRANGEMENTS SURVEY (1991):The objectives of the Survey of Work Arrangements were to obtain information on the main and second jobs of paid workers related to: (1) work schedule (2) amount of control over work schedule (3) number of home-based workers and reasons for home-based work (4) number of "moonlighters" and reasons for having another job (5) pay, overtime, unionization. The target population was civilian, non-institutionalised individuals aged 15+ in Canada's ten provinces.. The sample consisted of approximately 122,000 individuals.
