Access Services
Access services are available from the Commons Service Desk. Services are available during library hours and they include charging and discharging loans of library materials and UNB laptops, renewing loans of library materials, accepting payments for fines and replacement bills, initiating recalls, placing materials on reserve and removing them from reserve, and selling photocopy/printing cards for use with photocopiers. Extra-mural, alumni and reciprocal borrowing cards are also available. There are several group study rooms in the Learning Commons available for booking at the commons service desk. A single Borrowing Policy establishes the rules governing all transactions provided by the Access Services department.
